Broadband

Rate adaptive ADSL
With download speeds of up to 8Mbps*, rate adaptive ADSL packages from Axis IT can be ordered as either MAX or MAX Premium variants, each with a different maximum upstream speed.

Customers are able to choose from:

Pay-As-You-Go
For customers who may not use the Internet regularly but when they do they require the fastest speeds available. This package has a set monthly charge which includes 1GB of bandwidth transfer. Each additional 1GB of bandwidth used thereafter is chargeable in arrears at a competitive rate.
Allowance
For customers requiring greater levels of bandwidth usage, Axis IT’s allowance packages provide connectivity with inclusive bandwidth ranges. MAX Allowance is available in a range of options from 3GB/30GB (peak/off peak) to 210GB/480GB. MAX Premium Allowance is available in options ranging from 5GB/45GB (peak/off peak) to 360GB/510GB. Also customers can easily move from one Allowance option to another and you are able to easily monitor their usage via our dedicated user site.
Extreme
For customers wanting to avoid the restrictions of a predefined broadband package, Axis IT offer MAX Extreme and MAX Premium Extreme which both provide unlimited bandwidth usage for a set monthly fee.
Non-rate adaptive ADSL
Axis IT’s range of 'legacy' products enable unlimited access in a choice of connection speeds and are non-rate adaptive. Available at download speed options of 512Kbps, 1Mbps and 2Mbps these products are particularly suitable for customers intending to bond connections to achieve faster fixed rate connectivity

Network Information

As you can see from the network map, Axis IT utilizes an extensive MPLS-based network which boasts 99% geographical coverage in the UK. It comprises a heavily redundant 10 Gigabit network across nine major London data centres and 1-10Gbps connections into key London exchanges including LONAP, LINX, and LIPEX and Manchester exchange, MaNAP. With added data centres at six further key UK city locations (Manchester, Birmingham, Wolverhampton (x2) Telford and Cambridge.
